returned item ebay is screwing me over!
I returned a item the seller has had it back for over a week ihave postal tracking number showing everything and i can't talk to a person ai suck bot won't let me my last day for return is today , but they already have the item and it dosen't fn show on ebay , 9 years and this is the shit service i receive??? WTF ???

Mentor1 week agoDid you open a case of some kind to return the item? If so then go back to the case and "Ask eBay to step in". If you just talked to the seller and returned the item without going through eBay then eBay will not be able to help you.

OP1 week agoYES AND IT SAYS THAT I CAN'T DO ANYTHING UNTIL ITS SENT AND ITS ALREADY BEEN SENT AND RECEIVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FUKIN AI WON'T LRT ME EVEN TALK TO A PERSON JUST ANOTHER WAY EBAY IS STEALING MONEY!!!!!!!

Mentor1 week ago@seenit69 As long as you used the eBay return label the refund should have been issued within 2 business days of the date of delivery back to the seller. No refund then you ask eBay to step in.
