Returned Item Didn’t Get Money Back
Hello,
ordered a Christmas gift for my wife, it was not as advertised, I reached to the seller who agreed to the return. Emails said there were return labels attached but every time I clicked on the link it took me somewhere else. I requested several call backs but never received one. I finally got fed up and to PayPal to dispute it. About 30mins after I did that, an email came through with a link that worked to get the shipping label. I went back into PayPal and cancelled the dispute. I shipped the item back on December 30th and still have not received my money. I then received an email saying that eBay had cancelled because of the dispute I filed through PayPal but cancelled. So the seller received the returned item, but I never got my money back for it. How can I get a live person on the phone?? This is so frustrating!!

Mentor7 months agoOnce you filed with Paypal, ebay can no longer help you. I suggest you go back to Paypal to see if they can help you. If not, then I suggest going directly to the credit card you used and file a chargeback. You only have 180 days from the date of transaction to do so.
