Returned item but was "too late" and refund was not issued. Want item that I paid for
Product took significantly longer to receive than promised. I returned the item but missed the "return by" date so EBAY sided with the Seller re: no refund. I then contacted the Seller to advise them to send the product back; if I can't get my money - I want the merchandise that I paid for. It's been 3 months since I sent the product back... and NOTHING from the Seller. They just ignore my "contact the Seller" messages. Can't say enough bad things about this companies customer service.

You didn't mention what happened before you returned the item ... like whether you filed a 'return request', 'refused delivery', or something else.
If you have tracking information that shows that the item was delivered back to the seller ... you can file a chargeback with your credit card company.
