Hi I returned an item and the seller received it but haven’t refund me the money and it been almos a month since the seller got the item, how can I report this matter to eBay?

Mentor3 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, missing items/parts. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
