returned item
I sold an item and shipped it using the label ebay provided. Today it was returned to me saying "unable to forward" I don't know what to do at this point and i can't find anywhere to contact ebay

Mentor6 months agoSince the item was returned to you the first thing to do is to contact the buyer and check the address. They will need to repay you for the new shipping charges. If they do not want to you can cancel the purchase and refund the buyer less the original shipping charges (assuming you did not offer free shipping).
