Returned Item
I shipped an item out. The buyer's address was incorrect and was sent back to me because of an unknown address. I had to pay the return fee. Do i deduct that from his total he paid?

The Buyer lost their eBay Money Guarantee protection when the item was undeliverable.
Yes, you can refund the item price less the original shipping and the return shipping fee. You can then Relist the item and if the Buyer wants it they can correct their address and buy it again.
Or you can add them to your blocked list on this page. Buyer management | eBay
and then be done with them.
