Returned item
A buyer returned a $300 jacket 22 days after purchasing because the jacket 'didn't fit'. The tags were removed and reattached suggesting the jacket was worn during the time they had it. Should I/Can I deduct from the return amount?

You need to be sure enough to report the buyer for return abuse. If you’re not sure that the item was worn, I would not deduct anything. Check for hints of fragrance, makeup, etc. before deciding.
