Returned item
I am a seller and an item I sent out was returned at my door. I then contacted the buy and they want it delivered to a different address. Do I have to pay for another shipping label

If you ship it elsewhere, you will lose your seller protection.
Cancel the transaction due to "problem with buyer's address". The buyer will be refunded.
Then you can relist the item so that the buyer can re-purchase the item using the correct address when they pay for their item.
