Returned item
I received a notice from eBay they were stepping in an allowing a customer to return an item that was listed as not return allowed. The item was an air filter, new in the sealed package and will now have to be sold as used at 1/2 the price or less. Is it even worth the time to try to contact them to plea my side of the case? It seems like the buyer gets all of the preference in the situation since I was not given an opportunity to give any input before they allowed the return… the buyer had already refused my offer of a partial refund prior to reaching out to eBay.
