I am a seller and I have a package that was mailed out last week that was just delivered back to me for no reason written on the box. I contacted the post office and they appologized and asked me to bring it back to them today to get it shipped out. Do I now have to purchase a new label, appologize to the customer, and ship it again out of pocket?
