Returned item
So I bought a pair of chaps and when I got them they were about 6†too short. And really small around the waist. I contacted the seller and he told me to send them back and he will give me a full refund. Well I paid for shipping he got them back and is now denying to give me my refund and I can’t get in touch with anybody from eBay.

If you filed an official return claim through eBay and returned the item then go back to the claim after 2 days and ask eBay to step in.
If all you did was ship the item back to the return address on the original shipping label eBay has no record of an official return and the Seller is under no obligation to refund you ... so if this happened the Seller basically lied to you.
Which was it?
