Returned digital item
I unknowingly bought an item that wasn't clearly identified as digital. Seller agreed and gave me instructions for "return" for refund. Ebay has harassed me and gives no easy way to explain that l followed instructions. I've been a regular buyer since 2000 and never had to return anything. They say tge case is closed. How do you ever get to a real person. FRUSTRATING

Mentor9 months agoSellers must be pre-approved to list electronically delivered items. These items are not covered by the eBay money back guaranty. If the seller listed in the wrong category and listed an electronically delivered item then eBay still expects a tracking number to prove delivery back to the seller. I would suggest contacting customer service for their instructions.
