returned an item no refund
i purchased an item it was grossly misrepresented so i returned the item as per all the instructions of the seller and i have the tracking number for the package that shows it was delivered to the seller before the cut off time and ebay will not help with refund saying i didn't get the return done in time how do i talk to somebody at ebay

Mentor8 months agoDid you file a Return Request on Ebay and did you ship the returned item before the deadline Ebay gave you?

OP8 months agoyes on both counts got the return label from seller sent tracking number to seller that showed item was delivered before the cut off time got an email from seller stating they were sending refund still nothing
