Returned a faulty, item, that also had an incorrect description
I bought a pixel 8 pro. They said it was factory unlocked. And network unlocked. Turns out it wasn't OEM unlocked. So already it wasn't what I thought I was buying.Â
Â
Then 2 or 3 days later. On its own, the screen stopped working completely. They have a month to accept returns. And I already wanted to return it because it wasn't what they said they were selling in the first place.Â
Â
I returned the item. Then I get a partial refund for 2/5 of what I paid. I opened a dispute. And the seller "closed it in my favor" saying I will recieve a "full refund". The summary of the full refund. The 2/5 amount of 265, of the 500+ I spent.Â
Â
I can't open an appeal because it was "closed in my favor". I tried calling support. But because I use the account of my mom, who lives in a different city. They wouldn't even let me get to what I was calling about. So I guess I will have to explain to her everything in this situation, get her to call. And hopefully deal with it if I want to contact them that way?Â
Â
I don't know what I'm supposed to do here. But I definitely feel absolutely scammed.Â
