Trying to talk with a ebay representative even on there chat can't talk with a human being just need clarity

on being shipped there wrong parts i do an easy $2500.00 a year on purchases and cant talk with a single rep and when they say theyll call you in a minute that's wrong I prompted the Chat Bot 3 times and no one calls

eBay's Money Back Guarantee is run by automated processes. There's no need to speak to any reps at all to access it. Here's what you do:

File a 'return request' from your Purchase History ... choosing 'Doesn't match description of photos' as the reason for the request.
If the seller doesn't provide either a prepaid shipping label OR a full refund within 3 business days ... then return to your open request on the next day and ask eBay to step in. eBay will handle the rest.
