How the F do I get someone to answer my questions about an item that is not what I ordered? The customer service section of this website is an endless circle of dead ends. I ordered Lumify Eye Drops and got something called South Moon. There is no contact for customer service anywhere. Is there no phone number or chat service?

You don't need to contact eBay, You can arrange a return online.

This is the guide for all kind of returns, including items not as described.

From the problematic item, you have to make pictures and upload them.

The seller has to accept the return and provide a return label. Or send shipping money, before you return with tracking.

The seller has to provide a clear return address.

Ask eBay to step in, if the seller doesn't cooperate. You can do that 3 full business days later.
