Return won't submit
A seller sent me the wrong item and has stopped responding to my efforts to contact. To get eBay help the directions say to start a return. But the system is not allowing me to submit the return request despite filling in the comments and putting in pictures. Anyone know how to get help from eBay? Or how to make the return process work?

Mentor2 years agoYou must start a return within 30 days of receipt of the item. After that, it's too late. Also make sure you selected the reason that the item is not as described.
