Return without merit
I have a customer that is requesting a return because she says the lining is another color. My listing and her pictures sent with so called damage look the same. But she is claiming I didn't list the item as described. What do i do

-STOP using the No returns accepted setting
-If the Buyer files a claim that the item does not match the pictures or description YOU will be forced to pay the return shipping AND refund them when you get the item back.
-You can Decline their return request and with the No returns accepted setting when they ask eBay to step in eBay will refund them the money from YOUR account and let them KEEP the item
-Accept the return and send them a pre paid shipping label and refund them when the item is returned
