Return without knowing why
ebay is requesting a refund to a buyer without a reason for a refund. buyer has not contacted seller. Can they do this even when I include no returns accepted?

Mentor2 years agoA buyer can return an item that is not as described regardless of your policy. Your policy applies only to buyer remorse reasons.
I have never heard of a refund request without a reason. It is either a not received claim or a return request. Go to your open cases to see which - https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/return. And https://www.ebay.com/sh/resolutions
If you still do not find anything, ask customer service for assistance.
