Return without attaching a photo

When I select Return an Item it requires I attach a Photo. I'm a Senior Citizen and do not know how to attach a photo. I have made returns without required I attach a photo

The Returns Request asking for a photo is a recent change. Do you use a cell phone, or do you have a digital camera and use ebay on a desktop computer?

I believe the responses to the OP in the other thread included steps to using a cell phone, although one response explained how to copy/paste a photo from the listing instead of a photo of what the OP actually received.
