Return with no shipping

Question

Okay so I'm trying to get ahold of Ebay with an issue. I started a refund but never received QR code or Label. Contacted seller multiple times and they said to handle it with EBAY

If you filed a Return Request but did not receive a return shipping label, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you:

Find the item in your Purchases.
Select See return details
Select Ask eBay to step in and help.
Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm.
