return window closed, item received with missing parts
what options do i have to resolve issue of the item i received have missing parts, and return window is already close. even appeal option is also close for whatever reason. it seems vendor is not willing to send missing parts or replace item, nor accept a return.

Mentor1 year agoIf you waited too long to open a case on ebay, you will have to open one through the payment processor. Do not wait for that time limit to expire.
