return vs refund
I received an item that was open and used and asked that they either send me the item I ordered or refund my money. They said I have to send the item back. I don't think I should be inconvenienced to wrap and ship this. Their response was that the USPS would pick up at my door. Never in my entire life has the USPS picked up anything at my door - I am not sure where they live and that happens. Am I being unreasonable? Is the only way for me to address this is a negative feedback and go through the return process? I really think they should have offered to send me what was ordered or a refund.

Mentor3 years agoThat is up to the seller, but best to open a Return Request print the label and return for a refund rather than wait and hope seller sends you a replacement before the return/refund time runs out.
Sellers do make mistake like all the rest of us, so it is up to you how you treat yours.
