Return violation
Why am I being accused of violating Ebay's return policy when I try to return something that was not as listed.
I is not by fault that the seller is misrepresenting the item yet when I request a return Ebay's says I'm violating their return policy-which Ebay does not indicate what part of their policy I'm violating.
