Return trouble
I have sent the item on 10 Mar but it was returned to me by USPS. Because no someone receiving item.The person ( from eBay bar code) was moved and didn’t leave contact information. I have spent 17 dollars . Order number 23-09707-33173. Item I’d 113879126878. Seller Id. Parts-galaxy. Return Id 5232955-414

Mentor3 years agoDid you ship to the address on the payment the buyer sent you?
If so, contact your buyer. Let them know that you have received the item back for a bad address. You can give them a couple of choices.
1. You can refund them the amount they paid less original shipping costs and fees.
or
2. You can bill them for shipping it again [should be the same as the original purchase] and you can ship it again to the correct address.
If they pick #2, you will need to invoice them through PayPal, make sure you tell the buyer the invoice will come from PayPal. Also remember to create the shipping label in PayPal NOT Ebay. If you create it in Ebay it will overwrite the info from the original shipment and that will get your a defect for a late shipment.
