Return to sender status
Newer seller here, an item I shipped was not delivered due to incorrect address. When I noticed this last week, I messaged the buyer with no response. Tracking last shows now it is returning to sender. I have been paid for this item. What is the next step after I get it back? Am I obligated to refund the buyer, which I have no problem with, but I am sure I would still be out the shipping, correct? Any advise on this situation is much appreciated.
