Return to Sender question
Hi eBay friends,
I have a question, my package got return back to me from USPS with a “Return to Sender for postage due, remove label affix postage and remail†sticker.
I used eBay standard envelope prefer shipping method to ship out cards under 3 ounces.
So I went to my local USPS and they said because my package is not bendable since I use top loaders to help protect the cards it was denied and return to me. They said that this is consider a package and I cannot use eBay standard envelope for mailing and I would have to use USPS ground advantage shipping. In the end I had to pay USPS ground advantage shipping.
Has this ever happen to anyone before? Any helpful tips for shipping cards would be much appreciated. Thanks!
