Received an order back today that was undeliverable due to no such address. How do I rectify the situation?

In addition to the advice from @momtoabeautifuldaughter , I would include the newly relisted item # in my communication with the buyer in case they would like to repurchase it. Remind the buyer to use the Change link below the displayed ship-to address at checkout to make any needed corrections before submitting payment.

Mentor4 months agoI just refund for the item only and relist it.
Also contact the buyer and explain to them what happened...I always include a photo of the package showing it was undeliverable and also that shows it was shipped to the address on their payment.
