Today the post office returned it to me
it said it was never claimed.
What should I do next?

Seller Hub > Orders > All orders
Locate the order, click the down-arrow, click CONTACT BUYER. Let the buyer know the package has been received, since s/he never picked up the item from the post office. If s/he still wants the item, s/he will need to repay the shipping amount via your Paypal account. If the buyer no longer wants the item, you can refund item price only.
