Return to sender
An item I shipped was returned by USPS as unclaimed; the buyer contacted me to let me know she would still like the item and would pay for the additional shipping cost. How do I charge her for that?

In addition to what @disneyshopper has provided the Buyer lost their eBay Money Back Guarantee protection when the package was returned to you.

Mentor2 weeks agoFor the returned item, you go to the Paid & Shipped transaction and refund the buyer the ITEM PRICE only. Then relist the item, send the new item number to the buyer. The buyer can then repurchase, and this time makes sure the SHIP TO address is correct.
