I offer free shipping. How do I handle a "Return to Sender" package? Am I just out the postage and have to refund the buyer the full amount?

Mentor1 week agoRefund them the price of the item. (full amount) Since they didn't pay for shipping, there is nothing to withhold there.
It is the cost of using free shipping.
