Return to Sender
I have a buyer who had an incorrect address and USPS was unable to deliver the item. The tracking says it has been returned to sender for insufficient address. The buyer has opened a case and is requesting a refund. I told the buyer that I will refund when I receive the item back. eBay says I have until the April 25th to resolve or they will get involved. The item will probably not be delivered by that date. What does it mean when eBay gets involved. Can I refund the buyer and make them pay for shipping since they had the incorrect address in eBay?
