return to sender
An item was returned to me because the buyer forgot to add his street name when entering his address. We have agreed that I will refund the cost of the item but not shipping. I have not been able to do that in the refund page. Can anyone advise? Thanks.

On the item's drop down menu on the left you should be able to scroll down to the Send refund line and click that.
There is a series of pages you have to go through, the first one you enter the item price. The second page you select a reason and can type a message. On the third page you issue the refund.
When an item is returned to Sender the Buyer loses their eBay Money Back Guarantee protection and as you agreed with the customer Sellers can refund the item price but not the original shipping the Buyer paid. You can then Relist it and if the Buyer wants to purchase again with their correct address then can do so.
