Return to sender
I received an item I sent to California from Pennsylvania back to me as returned to sender. The receiver did not have a box to put the package in. I have messaged the buyer to no avail and I’m sure I got paid for this item. It did cost me plenty to send it from Pennsylvania to California. How do I handle this?

The easiest way to handle this is to refund the Buyer minus any original shipping they paid and then relist. By refunding, you will get most of your selling fees back.
