Return to Sender
An item I sold was returned "Return to Sender, Unable to Forward". I contacted the buyer and the buyer's address was incorrect. Does the client have to process a return and then repurchase after they change their address?

Mentor1 year agoNo, the buyer does not file a return request. S/he has nothing to return. What you can do is file a Cancellation, select a reason, select a price (item price only), send.
The buyer needs to update his/her shipping address and then s/he can repurchase the item with the correct SHIP TO address.
