Return to sender
I had a buyer do a return to sender through the post office on a large, expensive item. They never contacted me about this or not waiting the item. Am I protected as a seller through eBay? Or will i be out all this shipping costs for nothing?

Mentor2 years ago@linnybeanclothing. Refund the item price only less all shipping costs. You can go to the sold listing and select refund from the drop down menu next to the item.
Reason > other. Put a note in the box. Next enter the amount and submit.
You also should add this buyer to your blocked list.
