I received a package back that I mailed 11/20/23. On the package it states INCOMPLETE ADDRESS. I am trying to find out what to do next but none of the helps on ebay are helping! I will message the buyer but she doesn't have any feedback or such. Also the box was returned slighly open. I am opening all items are still in the box, but I have yet to check.
What do I do next?

OP2 years agoThanks. I just sent her a message. Looks likes everything is still in the box. We'll see if she responds. Who pays for shipping if it is sent again because of her error?

Mentor2 years agoThe buyer pays for the reshipping. If she still wants the item, you can send her an invoice through PayPal if you both have PayPal accounts. You'll need her PayPal email address.

You should be able to contact the buyer through Ebay messages. You have their information from their order.

OP2 years agoI received a response and she still wants the item. Does ebay have a way of requesting the additional shipping or do I need to take off platform?

Send the buyer a PayPal invoice.
