Hello,
I bought two pairs of sunglasses off seller. They arrived and clearly fake, the pictures in the listing were not the product that was delivered. I requested return with all pictures and facts point out flaws, seller accepted even though the listing said “no returns.†Dropped them off at USPS at the SAME time. One pair already arrived, the other is still stuck showing “in route to next usps location†and has been for almost 5 days.
I have two questions:
1) what do I do if the package never shows up? Do I lose money because of usps and a fake pair of sunglasses
2) how does ebay not regulate people knowingly selling fake products but make us return them? They’re just going to scam someone else.
