Return to Seller ended up Vacant property on return of item
Returned an item to Seller for refund of item that wasn’t according to Sellers description. Seller agreed to full refund but didn’t follow through. Had to get eBay involved and they said send it back to seller and when it arrives they would give me a refund. Sent the item back USPS and address turned out to be a vacant property. Any suggestions?
