Return to Seller
Hello.
I had a buyer provide the wrong address. When the package is tracked is shows "insufficient address". I need to have the package shipped back to me (the seller). How do I go about doing that?

As long as it was Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, the item will come back to you.
If it was Media Mail, it won't be returned.
Once it comes back to you, you can refund the buyer (less shipping), and relist the item.
