If seller states they do not expect returns but idem shipped was damaged this should be eBay money back guarantee policy correct I bought a set of clubs and one of them was damaged a chunk of metal missing on the back side of club what does everyone else think 🤔

Mentor2 years agoeBay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If the item was damaged in shipping, the Seller should issue a refund and then file an insurance claim with the carrier. It is recommended you contact the Seller first to allow them a chance to make it right. You may need to open an Item Not as Described case to start the refund process. The Seller is required to respond to that case.
