    How many days does a buyer have to request a refund. My buyer has had the item for a month and said it came broken 17 days after they received it. I feel like I'm being scammed and don't know if I have any protection in this case

    The buyer must file a Returns Request within 30 days of receiving the item.  If it is past 30 days, you can decline the request.
