Return the item
Guys, I need your help. I received a different item than I ordered. I have created a return request. Ebay sent me labels, based on which I sent the goods via DHL EXPRESS on Wednesday. Unfortunately, DHL accidentally returned the package yesterday. After that the DHL guys called me that they made a mistake and told me they will make new labels. DHL wants to pick up the goods again. The problem is that the tracking number will be different than on ebay (return case). Is this a problem? I'm trying to contact ebay somehow but can't find anything.
