Return that claims an item is not as described but buyer is falsley making the claim.
Sold two neckchains that weighed one weight on my small, accurate postage scale ( I check it against the USPS scales) but buyer used a much larger, scale that showed a lower weight to claim the items were not as described. We agreed on a partial refund but it will not go through since there is a return on the items. What do I do?
