Return status accidentally closed
Upon receiving Nike shoes I tried on and found them TOO NARROW😥I immediately boxed up & sealed for return and started the return process listing as TOO NARROW.,Upon selecting a return carrier I realized there was a more convenient carrier listed and closed return to restart with alternate carrier. It was then, back in June, 2023, I found out my return was closed and I could not open. I have been pleading with seller since to ask to have reopened and received one response that they were sorry for delay and would get back to me within 24 hours. I have heard nothing and I am pleading for an explanation and prayerfully, a reopening of my return as shoes have been boxed and sealed since June 20

Mentor2 years ago@darollb_0 Once a case is closed it can not be opened again.
The return window is passed even if the seller was a rare one that offered 60 days returns for items that do not fit.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee for items that are not as described is only 30 days from the date of sale.
You're only option now is to sell the shoes yourself. If you need help on how to sell on eBay let me know.
