return status
I requested a return on 10-29-23 it is now 12-4-23 with no contact from the seller. When i try to contact the seller it says the seller is no longer on ebay? How do I get a refund?

Mentor2 years agoTry asking customer service for help. You may have waited too long, but they may still be able to help.
To speak to customer service, use the link on the left side of this page “have us call you†- https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4002&st=10

 
If you don't see 'have us call you' right under the chat link, click chat. Then at the bottom of the chat topics, click more, then click contact an agent.

OP2 years agoAll i get is talk to automated assistant which is of no help at all its like ebay is hiding from helping people which is great for the scammer i guess way to go Ebay.

Mentor2 years agoTry today during business hours. Yesterday was overloaded with a shipping system problem.
If you can't get through, or they can't help, call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for a defective item received with no response to your return request.
