return started then ended
I contacted the seller about the quality of an item. They asked if I would like to return. I said yes and tried to start a return. There was no choice for quality. I chose the first line thinking I could explain. Getting through that the next step was to print a label od which I would be charged for shipping. I then cancelled the return. I tried to start over but now it shows completed. How do I start a new return request? I am thinking that I may have to wait a day. Next attempt I will mark ad defective.

You can't open a new return after closing one.
If the quality didn't match the description, you could have chosen "Doesn't match description"
If the item is bad you can file a chargeback with your credit card or payment method.
