Return Shipping update
I have shipped back item to seller. But unfortunately the Ebay's return shipping update system is not working from 12/19/2025 as of today. As a result I have not able to update shipping return on ebay's system. As a result it shows item has not been shipped back to Seller on Ebay's system. I am receiving reminder from Ebay to return the item.. I have contacted ebay's customer service representative by phone and requested him to notify the seller and given him the Tracking number also. He has acknoledged that the system is not working and will be brought to attention. I have sent several emails to seller also. He has not responded also.
I thought this issue was resolved. But today after two weeks again I received the reminder from Ebay to return the item. I tried to update the shipping update on Ebay system. it was still not working.
Please advise what I can do to resolve this issue.

Mentor7 months agoHi. How very frustrating to deal with glitches like this. Under these circumstances I'd reach out to eBay CS and explain the situation and ask them to note it on your account.
You can request a call back from cs by finding the words "Help & Contact" in small print at the top of any page. Click it and request a call back.

Another good option is to go to eBay’s page on Facebook and click “Message.†It is not live, but it is staffed by U.S.-based customer service representatives who typically respond within 48 hours. Link to eBay's Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/ebay
