Return shipping to seller in Shanghai

Question

I'm trying to return an item by shipping to the address given below:

Can someone please let me know if USPS will be able to ship the item from Virginia to this address?

@achar.soura No, that's not a valid address. You need to contact eBay customer service and let them know that the seller has not provided a valid return address as REQUIRED.

Also if the item is not as described the seller must pay return shipping by sending the payment for the return label to your PayPal account for you to buy the return shipping label. They can not provide a USPS return label.

All returns to China MUST be shipped using PRIORITY mail as international first class doesn't have delivery confirmation there.

Do NOT let the agent to tell you that you will be refunded for return shipping if you pay for it out of pocket before you return the item, that's not true. eBay can't make the seller refund more than the original shipping price and item cost.
