Return shipping to china
I purchased an item that is not what was pictured and does not work. I had relied on the photo that it was the same item I had purchased in the past. I am now responsible to return the item to China to get a refund and do not know how to return an item to China. Can anyone help?

If you did, the seller pays for return shipping.
They won't be able to provide a shipping label, but they have to send you the money to cover the return shipping, usually through Pay Pal.
